Birthed by Nature April 30, 2007 I was birthed by nature. My mother was the earth, She cradled me to her green-clad bosom; My father was a mighty oak, He caught me up in his weathered arms. The sky was my captain, Instructing me with sweet winds to sing and fly; The rain is my lover, Touching me with gentle fingers until the day I should die. I was raised by the wilds. I was carried by the wheel, The wheel of the four elements; I was fed by fires and waters, Leaving behind old ashes. I was covered in sweet wishes and winds, Wishes from the earth and winds in the sky; The rain found me, Washing away toil and loving me until I should die. Rain, of all nature, Is the sweetest in my eyes. Rain loves me always, Falling from my skies. Wishful Warring March 6, 2007 Wish me peaceful dreaming, free from turmoil. Wish that beneath my skin, molten shadow does not boil. Wish for serenity, for all the angels, and a world at war. Wish me a true answer, free from despair. Wish that within my soul, fiery judgement does not glare. Wish for serenity, for all the children, and a world of war. Wish me happy endings, free from regret. Wish that behind my eyes, rampant chaos holds no threat. Wish for serenity, for all the sinners, and a world in war.
